TABC Training

All volunteers wishing to pour beer, wine or other alcoholic beverages at the Festival must obtain a certification from a training class approved by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. This certification is good for two years, so if you trained last year you are still OK.

The training lasts about six hours, and all costs are paid by the Festival. 

You must be over 21 to serve alcohol in the State of Texas.

Training is provided by Dj Mott of Texas Alcoholic Beverage School Inc. (TABSS) and will be conducted at the host hotel, the Sheraton, Brookhollow on Saturday, February 23rd. Time to be determined, but plan for an entire day. See the Accommodation page for hotel directions.
